Original 2’ x 2' - 2’ x 3.5' hand-tufted rugs based on individual state tobacco tax stamps.

This project emerged while processing both personal and collective grief. The work prompts questions of how addiction is woven into the fabric of American culture and history. Read more about "(tobacco) tax tufting" here.
